Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science.
Experience in Health Information Systems and IT service management.
Proficiency in English, MS Office, and computer skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and service orientation skills.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities :
Develop and communicate a forward-looking vision for IT that aligns with the facility's future business direction and practices.
Create and maintain an efficient organizational structure to support operating departments/sections with cost-effective information technology solutions.
Direct the preparation of IT budgets, monitor expenditures, and recommend cost-saving measures.
Develop and uphold group policies and standards to optimize IT acquisition, implementation, and operation.
Oversee the development, maintenance, and implementation of IT disaster recovery plans.
Formulate and enforce policies and procedures to safeguard IT assets and ensure information integrity.
Develop and maintain organizational systems architecture, defining standards and protocols for various IT domains.
Provide consultative services on IT matters to leadership and employees.
Effectively manage staff according to internal policies.
Consistently comply with policies, procedures, and practices.
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a customer-focused philosophy.
